You know us, we’re constantly looking at ways to make our food better. “Not possible” you say. “Possible” we reply. That’s why Derek’s been busy in the kitchen developing some new recipes and we’ve BIG announcements to make.
Firstly, we’ve started to use a different cut of steak; it’s a much softer, moister cut. It’s still marinated in our blend of eight herbs and spices before being char-grilled to delicious medium/rare perfection.
Secondly, our new pork recipe will launch this month. Made using leg of pork that’s marinated in ancho chillies, oregano, cumin, bay leaves and olive oil, we then slow roast it and shred it. Look out for the launch on Facebook and Twitter.
