OPENING SEPTEMBER 2011! Luxury hotel brand, Dorchester Collection, will introduce the first Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Europe to the London dining scene with the opening of 45 Park Lane.Set to open this September, the modern American steak restaurant will feature CUT’s signature prime dry- and wet-aged beef plus succulent sauteed and roasted whole, fresh fish.The restaurant will also be open for breakfast and lunch, and is expected to add a popular new gathering spot to the Mayfair neighborhood.The boutique hotel will also offer Bar 45 and there will be 45 contemporary guest rooms and an incredible Penthouse Suite with panoramic views across the London Skyline. www.45parklane.com
