Alfred 1.1: Address Book, Filter Actions & More!

Alfred 1.1 (non-Mac App Store) is now available for you to download from our website or in-app and contains lots of new goodies for our Powerpack users!

Since releasing version 1.0 in November, Alfred has received more awards & recognition than we could dream of, including Macworld’s Editor’s Choice award.

Yet, we haven’t stopped working on new Powerpack features and improvements to existing ones. Here are a few:

		In the Address Book contact viewer, take action on contacts’ details. For example, dial their number or view their online profiles
		Select text in any app & open Alfred to take action on it with a hotkey
		Set default actions on filter extensions, like uploading a file to Flickr automatically

There are many more, so have a look at our blog post to read more about what’s new in 1.1.




	As version 1.1 primarily consists of changes to the Powerpack, and the current Mac App Store version (1.0) is fully stable, this release won’t be available in the Mac App Store. Still want the latest? Switch to the version from our website to take advantage of the Powerpack features.

	Andrew is the developer behind Alfred. He’s a perfectionist with a great attention to detail and the ability to tune out the world when he’s working.
	Vero is our business development queen, working with bloggers and future partners. She also handles customer emails, which makes her a busy bee.
	Anna wears many hats and takes care of the community, thinking up exciting marketing campaigns and supporting our lovely users.
