Once you’ve registered for a 2012 Tough Mudder, create a profile on Mudder Nation to connect with fellow Mudders and share training tips. Then get ready to recite the Tough Mudder pledge at the start line:

Tough Mudder is not a race but a challenge
I put teamwork and camaraderie before my course time
I do not whine, kids whine
I help my fellow Mudders complete the course
I overcome all fears
