Better Customer Profiles
Through a partnership with our friends at FullContact, we can now bring you improved customer profile data. Profiles now include company/job title information and social profiles from sites like Twitter, Facebook, Google, About.me and Linked.in.
In two clicks, you can forward a conversation to people outside of Help Scout. It’s a great way to communicate with suppliers, partners or other third parties.
By default, Help Scout closes a conversation when you respond. But now it’s a mailbox option! If you would prefer to make a conversation active or pending by default, you can select it in the mailbox settings.
