Happen to live in or be visiting New York or San Francisco soon? Then why not check out and sign up for one of the Take Workshops, a new project from the people behind Take Magazine.
Take Workshops will explore a variety of photographic genres, teaching participants to express their vision both in-camera, online and via publishing. All our workshops will be ‘in-the-field’ with the main focus being to learn new skills in a variety of settings. Our workshops will be in many locations around the world and will embrace the excitement of shooting with like-minded individuals, people who share the same passion and creative spark as yourself. |

Our first two workshops will be a collaboration between Australian photographer Megan Cullen and US publisher/photographer Ray Potes, founder of cult magazine Hamburger Eyes.
First up in New York on 23-24 September and then heading to San Francisco for the 3-5 October, these workshops will help participants improve their film photography by shooting with Megan and Ray, and then give a grounding in image selection and editing in order to create your own self-published zine, which you’ll take away with you from the workshops.
