Things in Ionic land continue to be busy and exciting. We just broke 8,000 stars on GitHub, effectively adding 1000 since the last month…craziness. What’s more, an average of 28,000 Ionic apps are being created each month!

Introducing Ionic Popover

Thanks to community requests, we’ve launched the new Popover component in our latest Beta11 release. Popovers are a view that floats above content, remaining attached to the element that opens it. It’s commonly seen on iPad and other tablets. Learn more on our blog post about it.
