At Swiftype, we are always looking for ways to help our customers better understand their users by analyzing their search behavior. Over the past few weeks, we’ve revamped our analytics to give you more insight into how your users are searching. Now we’re ready to share that with you.
Historical analytics are important, but we also wanted to give you a look at what’s happening right now on your search engine. Being able to identify key issues in real-time is paramount to online businesses. Now you can see what your customers are searching for, clicking on, and engaging with, all while they are still on your website.
We think this is an exciting new way to understand your customers, so we’re opening up a free trial of Live Analytics for all Swiftype users until March 25th.
