What are your exercise habits? |
Every morning, first thing, no matter where I am in the world, I get up and exercise. That is my first priority. Whether it’s circuit training, SoulCycle®, cardio, yoga or cycling, I’m up and moving. |
Do you have a particular diet that you follow? |
I became a vegan two years ago because I wanted to make a change. The results in my overall health have been incredible and I feel great! |

Analysis is based on anonymously captured data and demographic information from hundreds of thousands of UP wearers. To identify over-represented workouts, we compared the proportion of workouts of UP wearers in different geographies and demographics against that of all UP wearers who logged a workout. All results are statistically significant. |
