Brisbane Markets Launch Success!
We were very happy to launch our first ever Brisbane Finders Keepers Markets last month and we’re overwhelmed with the response! The beautiful stalls, amazing music, wonderful people and a lovely outdoor cafe and bar all contributed to making the weekend a complete success. The historic and beautiful Old Museum as the location which played host to a community and festival vibe and also a nostalgic place full of memories for lots of Brisbanites! We’ll be back in 2010 for more markets in June & November – watch out for more info in the new year!

Featured artist of the month: Kevin Tran
“My work is pretty straight forward really. There’s a giraffe, a couple of owls, a whale and a guy wrestling a bear. For me, it’s not so much what the subject matter ends up as but rather how I stumbled on that particular composition and the textures, shapes and colours that give it character and personality. I like to experiment with different mediums”
